In addition to being a third-generation realtor who was born and raised on real estate transactions, I have the distinct honor of being the youngest realtor at Coldwell Banker Seacoast Advantage, perhaps ever. But don’t let my age dissuade you. With my youth, comes the passion, energy, and endurance needed to power through every step of your real estate transaction. And this isn’t the first time my youthful determination has set me apart from the crowd. At 17, while still a junior in high school, I enlisted in the United States Army as a Reservist. I successfully completed Basic Combat Training at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri during the summer before my senior year of high school. Then, determined to wear my dress blues at graduation, I lobbied for an amendment to the New Hanover County graduation dress code which only permitted graduates to wear a cap and gown. My persistence paid off. I was able to proudly wear my dress blues at graduation and, in a sea of identical graduates, I stood out as a leader and an innovator, willing to fight hard for a cause. In this next chapter, my cause will be you and your real estate needs. I will use the same perseverance that got me through BCT and the same persuasiveness that allowed me to change the County’s school dress code, to help you close the deal of your dreams.
